Over the years my continued attempts to journal have proven a failure as I have found it difficult to be consistent. While this may be a character flaw depending on perspective. I feel it has more to do with not having said journal physically with me when grey matter starts churning out material worth writing down. "Worth" here being entirely subjective.
I've also had a recent desire to bring back the art of letter writing. This being entirely time consuming and even less convenient than keeping a diary. I don't believe that the many people who I would subject to my rambling brain shavings would tolerate the sentiment.
Blog. My attempt to blog whether lasting or not is an effort to combine the above desires.
